What to Expect
Individual sessions are a calm, private space where you can talk things through without judgement. We’ll start by getting a clear picture of what’s been happening for you, what you’ve already tried, and what “better” would look like in real life.
From there, we’ll work together on practical tools — like managing anxious thoughts, building healthier boundaries, processing difficult experiences, or improving confidence and self-talk.
Sessions can be in-person (Fitzroy) or telehealth Australia-wide, and everything moves at your pace.
